You can set a unique password for PrismAI services, avoid sharing your password or verification codes, and ensure you log out on public devices. If you discover unauthorized use, please notify us immediately.

You can manage your cloud files at any time, including uploading, downloading, renaming, moving, canceling sharing, etc. Deleted files will be moved to the "Recycle Bin" and retained for no less than 30 days; after that period, they will be permanently deleted or anonymized. You may also choose "Permanent Deletion" or submit a request via email for immediate deletion. To the extent permitted by law, we may retain relevant log records for a period of time.
You may withdraw your previously provided consent by submitting a request. Withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to fully enjoy PrismAI products and services, but will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

We believe that parents or guardians have the responsibility to supervise children's use of our products or services.
